Horse & Cattle Shelters

We manufacture portable, skid able horse and animal shelters. Over the years we have noticed how well folks care for their animals, so we developed shelters that are virtually indestructible to help fill this need. All our shelters and structures are completely pipe framed so no wood ever contacts the ground. Our customers will get many years of service from our shelters without having to worry about wood decaying from contact with the ground or manure as is the main problem from typically built shelters. We can customize colored metal cladding to match almost any theme.  If you rotate pastures, simply hook on to the structure or use the forks on a tractor/skid steer and move it to the next pasture. This saves the customer from having to construct multiple units for each pasture.

Various styles of shelter are available from Score Construction. We build a simple post and roof structure only, right up to a fully enclosed metal exterior, wood lined unit. These units are easily transported and moved on site.  All metal pipe frame is made from Recycled 3.5’’ oil field tubing. We use this material for its availability and its superior wall thickness ( .320”) A popular variation of building style is 10ft wide x 20 ft long with rough cut 1’x 6″ planks attached to the inside wall to allow rubbing and then we add metal siding on the 3 outside walls for aesthetics and water proofing. Each unit is equipped with both fork pockets for moving and loading on trailer as well as tow hooks for skidding units around the ranch. We also custom make gates for the clients that want the ability to close off the shelter.
